I'm into runny yolks recently and I'll have them at every opportunity.
I treat myself sometimes and prepare it at home for breakfast over the weekends.
Very quick and easy as quick as frying eggs yet gives you an inch of finesse.
You will need:
2 bread slices (whatever you prefer)
2 fresh eggs
some grated cheese
2 tbsp of oil
salt and pepper
herbs (optional)
frying pan
drinking glass
Place your glass up side down on to the bread, press down hard to take off the middle part of the bread.
Pan on to the stove to heat up, add oil and bread. Crack one egg on each bread, sprinkle some salt and pepper, top with grated cheese.
After couple of minutes, pop into the oven 180 degrees for another minute or until the cheese has melted, don't wait too long to remove it from the oven because our aim is to keep the yolks runny like this
Make some coffee and slice some fresh fruits and enjoy.
